Burned out but Productive(ish)

At my last therapy session in May—I've been traveling continuously for my day job since then—my therapist told me that I was burnt out. When I laughed and said, "No shit," she said, "No, Toni. I mean burnout in the true psychological diagnosis way. Not the bullshit way that term is used every day." (Yes, my therapist curses. One of the reasons I love her).

So, since then, I've been doing only what is absolutely necessary to meet my deadline for my show. That means everything else simply waits. It gets done if I have the energy and motivation; otherwise, I'm giving myself a pass.
